Tourmaline Quartz ~ Bracelet

Tourmaline Quartz is a powerful, protective, and grounding gemstone formed by Black Tourmaline needles within Clear Quartz. Known for harmonizing opposites, it blends quartz's amplifying energy with tourmaline's grounding, acting as a, "purifying energy powerhouse" that neutralizes negativity. I use a Durable Strong Stretch Cord.
The Beads I use are all Genuine Grade AAA+ Quality.
The beads are 8 mm.
I also use a Very High Quality Stainless Steel Focal Bead.

Before ordering your bracelet, follow these steps to measure your wrist:
Wrap a piece of string or a flexible measuring tape around the smallest part of your wrist.
Measure the length of the string and place against a ruler to determine your wrist size.
If you want a snug fit use your exact measurement and put in the drop down box when ordering.
If you prefer a loose fit, add 1 inch to your wrist size and put in the drop down box when ordering.

Healing Crystals absorb negativity, it's important to cleanse your stones often.
You can smudge with sage sticks until your crystal is immersed in smoke.
Or you can also cleanse and recharge your gemstones by placing them under the moonlight during a full moon or setting them in the soil of a healthy plant for several hours.

You should cleanse your crystals when they initially come into your home to ensure that all negative energy has been removed.
